Representing the United States in over seven world championships, Pan American Games, U.S. Olympic Festival s , as well as the World Games, Brian Richardson is no stranger to strength and conditioning. Upon finishing his career as a World Class athlete Brian went on to San Diego State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology . He then completed graduate school earning a Masters degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in performance enhancement and injury prevention from California Un iversity of Pennsylvania. Brian is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a performance enhancement and corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and continues his education at the esteemed CHEK Institute located in Vista California. As a result of his intense education, Brian is able to bring a more clinical feel to the realm of personal training. He states, In order to prescribe an effective fitness / strength and conditioning program, the exercise practitioner must follow the necessary testing protocol. Not all of us are body builders so; it makes no sens e to train like one.

Brian specializes in performance enhancement for sports such as baseball, volley ball, figure skating, mixed martial arts, motocross, and soccer to name a few. Brian along with his colleague, Kevin Duenas, is currently the strength and conditioning consultant for the Cal State University Long Beach (CSULB) Baseball organization. Brian believes ultimately the individual's fitness pr ogram should be fun and attainable. Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology uses the Dynamic Fitness Training System (DFTS)™ along with CHEK™ principles which incorporate orthopedic assessment and integrated -functional training, enabling the client to increase balance and neuromuscular efficiency , along with altering body composition. Kevin Duenas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health and Fitness from the California University of Pennsylvania.  Having been named Fitness Manager of the Year in 2001 for the largest health/ fitness corporation in the world and having a background in powerlifting and amateur athletics, Kevin is no stranger to the fast growing fitness industry.  Kevin is also an honored member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-PES).  Due to his passionate studies in human performance, Kevin is able to bring a more scientific atmosphere to the realm of strength and conditioning and personal training.  He states, “Without the clear understanding of correct testing protocol and comprehensive knowledge of human biomechanics, it is impossible to guide the client through a successful fitness/ strength and conditioning program.”

While focusing on valid scientific properties, Kevin also understands the clients program should be fun and attainable.  He brings hard science to the world of sports performance, health and wellness, youth fitness, as well as general fitness.  Kevin works with a number of professional and amateur athletes specializing in speed, agility, speed and power in sports such as golf, baseball, volleyball, softball, basketball and football.  Having completed his Kinesiology thesis on the mechanics of the golf swing, he became the Strength and Conditioning Specialist for the Post-Graduate Golf Performance Program at the Professional Golfers Career College in Temecula, CA.  He has worked on the PGA Tour (Buick Invitational/ Justin Timberlake's Shriners Hospitals for Children's Open) and at the LPGA Tour Q-School.  Kevin, along with his colleague Brian Richardson, is the strength and conditioning consultant for the Cal State University Long Beach (CSULB) Baseball organization.  Having produced champions on the amateur, state, national and professional levels, Kevin and Brian together have placed Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology at the forefront of personal training and performance enhancement.

Danny Flood is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and holds a bachelors degree in Psychology. Danny has been active in the fitness industry since 2000 and believes that understanding proper biomechanics along with innate human behavior will undoubtedly assist people in reaching their maximum potential. By focusing on an advanced testing protocol as well as motivational techniques, Danny is able to provide a structured fitness program for fitness enthusiasts and athletes alike.

Danny understands the physiological as well as psychological challenges recreational, professional, and sport specific athletes face. Due to his experience growing up in a variety of athletic environments, he has directed his focus on creating nutrition as well as resistance training programs designed specifically for specialized athletes. “The pressure to stay at the top of your game isn't always easy to handle, that's why structured training programs are so important.
