It is safe to say that we are not all professional athletes. However, it is the belief of Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology that we can move like athletes. Using the Dynamic Fitness Training System (DFTS™), the general fitness population begins with a 1-3 hour comprehensive analysis allowing the specialist to establish any structural or musculoskeletal deviations that may contribute to a cumulative injury cycle. Upon calculating the individuals REE (resting energy expenditure) the specialist is able to make scientifically valid suggestions based on caloric/ nutrient intake and educate the individual on safely creating a caloric deficit thru proper eating and exercise. This program will undoubtedly lead the client on their journey to healthy fat loss.
