Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology Tactical Strength and Conditioning (TSAC) Program is designed to help increase the performance, readiness,and longevity of tactical athletes all while decreasing the likelihood of fitness-related injuries. Our program utilizes the Dynamic Fitness Training System (DFTS™) to specifically train military and first responders. We understand that often times there is a gap between rehabilitation and return to duty. Dynamic Fitness HPK's professionals are educated and trained to ensure you return-to-duty at a safe performance level. Need to train for basic combat training, academy, or a specialized school? Anthony, our resident Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) is not only credentialed to specifically coach tactical athletes, but he is an Army Captain formally serving as the Officer in Charge of the Army Master Fitness Trainer Course.

  • Comprehensive Evaluation – orthopedic assessment, flexibility testing using inclinometry/goniometry
  • Core Strength and Control Variable Testing
  • Static Postural Imaging
  • Dynamic Movement Assessment
  • Performance Testing – specific to goals/job function
  • Biomotor Ability Evaluation
